From the date of delivery, all battery products are covered by the following guarantees:
1. Warranty Claim Guidelines
All returns and exchanges must first obtain an RMA(ReturnMerchandiseAuthorization) number. Unauthorized returns will not beprocessed.
2. 30-Day Return Policy
All batteries come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may return the product within 30 days of receipt for any reason.

3. 12-Month Warranty
Terms of Service
Within 12 months of purchase, if your battery experiences a defect not caused by human misuse, you are eligible for a repair or replacement.
How to apply:
Note: As a consumable item, battery capacity naturally depletes over time. This is considered normal wear and is not covered under warranty.

(1) Contact Us: Please click "Contact Us" for further assistance.
(2) RMA Authorization: Once approved, we will send your RMA number via email. Please mark/print/write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package.
Note: Returns without an RMA numberwill not be accepted by our after-sales team.
(3) Return product:The RMA is valid for 30 days after issuance. Returned items must arrive within this period. Please provide the shipping carrier and tracking number when sending the product.
(4) Inspection & Resolution:After receiving the returned package, our technical department will check the returned items. We will reschedule the battery within 2-7 working days after receiving the goods.
